Who we are

RDP Business Group LLC ("we", "us") develops and operates an online ordering and store-management platform used by partner food businesses.

Use of the platform

Orders placed through a partner store are fulfilled by that store, not by RDP Business Group LLC directly. Prices, availability, and order fulfillment are set by each partner business.

Text messages (SMS) program

Customers who verify their phone number at checkout agree to receive automated text messages about their order status (typically between 1 and 6 messages per order). Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for help. Opting out does not affect an order already in progress.

This SMS program is used solely for transactional order updates and phone verification — no marketing messages are sent through it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
