Who we are

RDP Business Group LLC ("we", "us") develops and operates technology platforms for local businesses, including an online ordering platform used by partner food businesses.

Information collected at partner stores

When you place an order at a store that uses our platform, we collect your name, phone number, and, if provided, your email — used to process your order and, if you opt in, to notify you about its status.

Security and fraud prevention

To protect our platform and the stores that use it, we process the IP address of devices that use certain features, such as requesting a verification code, signing in, placing an order, making a payment, or looking up an address, so that we can detect and limit abuse. These counters are kept for a short period (up to 48 hours). When activity exceeds our security limits, we also keep a security record that includes the IP address, the feature involved, and the store concerned. We keep these records for 90 days and then delete them, unless we need to keep a specific record longer to investigate an incident or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Our hosting provider may also keep routine server logs that include IP addresses, under its own retention practices.

We use this information only for security and fraud prevention. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Text messages (SMS)

By verifying your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive automated text messages about your order status (2 messages per order: an order-received confirmation and a status update). Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive — the opt-out is automatic and confirmed by message. This does not affect orders already in progress, only future SMS notifications.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used internally and by our SMS delivery provider, solely to deliver the messages described above. Our payment processor handles card payments directly. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud and abuse.

To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, contact us at info@rdpbusinessgroup.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep information that we are required to keep by law or that we need to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud, including the security records described above for the period stated.
