Who we are

RDP Business Group LLC ("we", "us") develops and operates technology platforms for local businesses, including an online ordering platform used by partner food businesses.

Information collected at partner stores

When you place an order at a store that uses our platform, we collect your name, phone number, and, if provided, your email — used to process your order and, if you opt in, to notify you about its status.

Text messages (SMS)

By verifying your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive automated text messages about your order status (typically between 1 and 6 messages per order). Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive — the opt-out is automatic and confirmed by message. This does not affect orders already in progress, only future SMS notifications.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used internally and by our SMS delivery provider (Telnyx), solely to deliver the messages described above.
